We just learned from 5 Blogs Before Lunch that Nancy Hill is to be named the new head of The American Association of Advertising Agencies (AAAA). Nancy, is a former executive at Lowe Worldwide and BBDO. She succeeds O. Burtch Drake, who has held the post since 1994. She is the first woman to hold the title. Hot shit. Hot shit. Hot shit. CONGRATS!
Hmm… guess that answers the question, which has been obsessing the media all week. Which will happen first – a woman or a black man for president? If you ask us, either one would be a social advancement for this country and the AAAA’s.
