NORML: Marijuana Arrests Up 4,600% in NYC, Says Helpful Ad

Tomorrow is the creative world’s holiday: 420. New Yorkers will know this as the day the city smells like pot all day rather than just during the walk through Koreatown &#151 which always smells like the stuff. NORML, aka the National Organization to Reform Marijuana Laws, will use the holiday as an opportunity to remind New Yorkers that arrests for pot-related offenses are up 4,600% since 1992. That, ladies and gentlemen, is a lot of hooch.
