Starcom MediaVest Group announced today the creation of a new arm of the company and two lead changes that have resulted. SMG Exchange (SMGX) will be a consolidated, US based entity meant to “redefine the way Starcom, MediaVest and Spark steward market intelligence, digital acceleration and client adspend.
Current CEO of Starcom USA John Muszynski will head up the new group. Lisa Donohue, President of MediaVest’s truth & design planning will take the top job at Starcom, beginning June 1.
