360i Hires Former Initiative Exec as Managing Director, Integrated Media

360i hired Leah Meranus from Initiative as evp, managing director, integrated media.

In the role, Meranus will be tasked with unifying media processes across over 25 media accounts.

Meranus spent around six and a half years at Initiative and most recently served as global chief experience officer for Initiative for over two years. During that time, Initiative went through a turnaround which led to it being named Adweek’s U.S. Media Agency of the Year. She previously served in roles as U.S. chief growth officer and global managing partner, business development. Prior to Initiative, she held director of business development roles at PHD Media and Mediacom.
