After days of torrential rain and deadly flooding in the Carolinas, WIS TV in Columbia, S.C., found one homeowner who is just happy to have made it to higher ground. Reporter Mary King was stationed at the Shandon Crossing apartments near the overflowing Gills Creek this morning and talked to one resident who “grabbed two Totino’s pizzas” and her dog, and left. “I tried to grab some other things, but they weren’t worth it.”
