Jacqueline Bennett is joining San Diego CW affiliate XETV as its morning meteorologist and traffic anchor.
Bennett last worked at KRON in the San Francisco Bay Area market where she was chief meteorologist.
“We are thrilled to have a professional broadcast meteorologist such as Jacqueline join our team,” said news director Don Shafer. “Her training, years of experience as a major-market chief meteorologist and her years of community service will fit right in with our commitment to keeping San Diego viewers informed.”

Bennett joins Marc Bailey and Heather Myers from 5:00 to 9:00 a.m. and for San Diego Living starting at 9:00 a.m.
She has also worked at KIVI in Boise, Idaho.
