Rapid City, South Dakota anchor Miranda O’Bryan was crowned Miss South Dakota 2023 on Saturday night.
O’Bryan is an evening news anchor for ABC affiliate KOTA and Fox affiliate KEVN. She will represent the state in the national Miss America competition in early 2024.

As a part of the competition, she was also awarded the preliminary on-state conversation winner, overall interview award winner, the top fundraiser, and the Quality of Life award.
