Tom Pipines is set to retire as sports director of Milwaukee Fox affiliate WITI next month.
Pipines has worked at WITI since 1984. The Milwaukee Business Journal reports his last day will be February 12.
“Tom Pipines has set the standard for sports in Milwaukee,” said president and GM Chuck Steinmetz. “Not only has Tom brought his insights into his game analysis, he has enterprised hundreds of ‘Beyond the Game’ stories that have showcased the heart and soul of local athletes.”
