LeBron and Curry Continue Hot Streak for Local ABC Stations

Last night’s NBA Finals game saw the Golden State Warriors even the series with the Cleveland Cavaliers.

That’s good news for local ABC affiliates who might want to stretch the best of seven series to a best of…Oh I don’t know, forever?

Cleveland’s WEWS saw a 45.7 rating, which was the second-highest rated NBA game ever on ABC (Game three was the highest). San Francisco’s KGO pulled a 30.5 rating.

Network-wise, the Finals are averaging a 13.1 through four games. Those numbers are up 26 percent from last year.
