Jenelle Shriner is joining Austin ABC affiliate KVUE as assistant news director.
This is a return to Austin for Shriner who currently works at KPRC in Houston as executive producer. She was morning and midday ep at KVUE for nearly three years before joining KPRC.
KVUE news director Frank Volpicella told TVSpy, “Jenelle was my morning EP here a couple of years ago and I’m pleased she is returning home.”

According to her LinkedIn bio, Shriner has also worked at WINK in Fort Myers, Fla., KOMO in Seattle and WTVD in Raleigh-Durham, N.C.
