The KUTV news team is channeling their inner Robin Thicke, shooting a promo spot that spoofs the video of his summer hit, “Blurred Lines” (video above).
Sample lyrics in the Salt Lake City CBS affiliate’s promo include “Here at 2 News / We’re the night crew / Number 1 news / we do it all for you” and “If it’s a live shot / We’re there to shoot it / We’ll guide you through it.”

“Blurred Lines” has generated controversy since its release; critics maintain the song is about rape, which Thicke says is “ridiculous.” The song’s music video, which inspired this spoof, features explicit nudity (highly NSFW, so watch at your own risk).
