KUSA Uses Fake Olympics Logo That Spells ‘SH-T’

Throughout its morning newscast on Thursday, Denver NBC-affiliate KUSA used a parody logo for the 2012 Olympics that spelled out “SH-T.”

Ever since it was officially unveiled in 2007, the logo for the London Olympics has suffered a barrage of criticism for its odd, jagged design, which has inspired amateur designers to create a bunch of different parody logos.

It’s unclear how the “SH-T” logo wound up on the computers of the KUSA graphics department or how the station even got its hands on the image. It requires a bit of digging on the internet to find the “SH-T” logo–an amount of effort that would seem to rule out an absentminded Google image search.
