KDFW has announced Jenny Anchondo will join the Dallas FOX owned station as a weekend morning anchor.
KDFW vice president and news director Robin Whitmeyer said in a statement, “Jenny is a valuable addition to our station. Her experience in breaking news, enterprise reporting, specifically investigative consumer stories, will provide further versatility to our team and enhance our news product.”
Beginning October 21, Anchondo will anchor “Good Day Saturday,” “Good Day Sunday,” and will also report for the weekday morning show “Good Day.”

Anchondo is currently a morning anchor and reporter at WXIN in Indianapolis, IN. She has also worked at KOLD in Tucson, AZ, and KNDU-KNDO in Kennewick, WA.
