By Kevin Eck

The social leaders for the last 30 days in the Sacramento market are out, according to data from Share Rocket.

Hearst-owned station KCRA kept its lead in the market through January with a 34.7 share. TEGNA’s KXTV was second with a 24.1 share, followed by CBS-owned KOVR which owed its showing largely to one huge post.

Share Rocket says while every station improved its Engagement in January over the past 30 days, Tribune’s Fox affiliate KTXL increased its engagement 50 percent month-over-month and KOVR saw a 231 percent increase month-over-month.

It was the No. 2 overall post in the market the first day it was posted, but took off the next day, giving KOVR a 48 Share for January 25.

The top individual in Sacramento was Mark Finian from KCRA with a .77 share.
