Former WBBH reporter, Julian Johnson, is making a move back to Florida.

He will join WTVT, the Fox owned station in Tampa, as a general assignment reporter.

“Julian’s wealth of experience and knowledge of his home state will be a great asset to our team,” said John Hoffman, the vice president of news.

Johnson was most recently a reporter-anchor for WGCL in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that, he was at KMOV in St. Louis, Missouri, WBBH in Fort Myers and KLFY in Lafayette, Louisiana.

He is a graduate of the University of Florida. Johnson will begin September 11.
