WRGB_7427E_WebSSinclair’s Albany CBS affiliate WRGB revealed its new set Monday night.

“We do a lot of news at Sinclair Broadcasting’s WRGB-TVCBS6. The new DDG set allows us to completely diversify how we present our programs,” said Lisa Jackson, WRGB news director.

The set, designed by Devlin Design Group, includes large video displays and color-changing backlit graphics that are programmable.

The curved anchor desk features wood tones and a backlit panel. The station uses 6 HD cameras instead of what they are saying is the usual four. The weather center has a 4X1 monitor array and what they’re calling a “presentation pod.” A 12 monitor wall left of the main desk is used for reporter stand ups.
