Wolf Blitzer Anchors ‘Littlest Situation Room’ in Elevator

Every room, CNN wants you to know, can be The Situation Room–even a modest CNN elevator.

Just take Wolf Blitzer, a glass-topped desk, and mix in an appearance by Tom Foreman, and you’re good to go–either up or down.

In a promo for Blitzer’s Situation Room–and CNN’s upcoming Republican presidential debate in Las Vegas–the network released a Facebook video Tuesday featuring Blitzer anchoring from “the ninth floor elevator” and chatting with Foreman (who, thanks to the cramped size of the “studio” is sadly unable to exploit any of CNN’s virtual reality gizmos) as other elevator riders check their phones.
