Universal Sports Names Allyson Davis Vice President, Marketing

The Universal Sports Network has hired Allyson Davis as its Vice President of Marketing.

Davis will be responsible for all on-air, off-air and digital marketing and promotional opportunities, as well as, the brand identity of Universal Sports. She will also oversee the network’s publicity.

“Allyson has a unique blend of cable, consumer and digital marketing, as well as, sports expertise,” said Perkins Miller, Chief Operating Officer of Universal Sports. “She brings enthusiasm, fresh ideas and a sophisticated understanding of how to build a brand from the ground up. Universal Sports is excited to welcome Allyson to the team.”

Prior to her new role at Universal Sports, Davis spent four year as Co-President of Big Top Marketing and Promotions, a company she co-founded in 2006.
