  • Walt Mossberg and Kara Swisher, who recently launched Re/code, will be honored at Syracuse University’s eighth annual Mirror Awards June 4 in New York City. The pair will receive the i-3 award for impact, innovation and influence.

  • The RTDNA will once again be a part of next month’s NAB Show. On April 9, several news executives will be on a panel called Ethics in the Era of Social Media Reporting. It’s all part of a full day of programming for news directors at the NAB Show in Las Vegas.

  • The film adaptation of Bill O’Reilly’s best-seller “Killing Jesus” will now be a four-hour miniseries. Nat Geo will air “Killing Jesus” in the summer of 2015. The network also aired the book-to-film adaptations of O’Reilly’s “Killing Lincoln” and “Killing Kennedy.”
