According to a new poll from The Hill, a majority of voters believe the media to be biased, either toward Democrats or Republicans. 46% of respondents said the media favors Dems, with 22% saying it favors Repubs. The views are broken down by demographic lines, with self-described liberals and moderates less-likely to believe that the media is biased than conservatives.
The poll also found that a plurality of respondents believe that the media is “too friendly” with politicians. 44% believe that is the case, compared to 24% who do not.
