  • Imprisoned Al Jazeera Arabic journalist Abdullah Elshamy might “die within days,” according to a doctor who reviewed his blood tests. Elshamy has been on a hunger strike for the last 110 days; imprisoned in Egypt for a total of 269 days for alleged ties to the Muslim Brotherhood.

  • MSNBC’s Chris Matthews will be the keynote speaker Thursday at the Massachusetts Bar Association dinner. The dinner hosts over 1,000 lawyers and legal industry professionals.
