> NBC’s Brian Williams will host a documentary tonight looking back on Hurricane Katrina. Williams brings viewers along before, during and after his coverage of one of the most devastating natural disasters to hit the U.S. The doc airs at 8:30pmET on The Weather Channel which is part-owned by NBCU.

> One-time VP for news at MSNBC, Susan Sullivan who left the network two years ago to run the news operations at NBC station KNTV in San Francisco, is returning to the big apple to oversee news for WNBC, NBCNewYork.com and the station’s 24-hour channel, NY Nonstop.

> CNBC debuted a new series this morning during “Squawk on the Street” called “Young and Successful.” Each day this week, anchors Erin Burnett and Mark Haines will speak with five young entrepreneurs who are all safe-made millionaires.
