NBC’s “Meet the Press” continued to dominate the ratings landscape among Sunday morning public affairs shows for the first quarter of 2011.
The program placed first in both total viewers and the key adults 25-54 demographic.
Second place in both categories went to CBS’ “Face the Nation,” while ABC’s “This Week” was third. The news was not all bad for “This Week” however, as international news gave the program a ratings boost compared to both Q4 2010 and Q1 2010. NBC and CBS were essentially flat compared to Q1 2010.
“Fox News Sunday” placed fourth for the quarter, though like “MTP” that does not include cable replays.
