ESPN has been fulfilling sports-themed wishes since 2006 during the My Wish segment, which returns tomorrow for its 10th year. Working together with Make-A-Wish, ESPN produces feature segments on the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions.
This year’s version will feature the San Francisco 49ers, Michael Phelps, John Cena, Andrew McCutchen and Maya Moore. Chris Connelly hosts the segments which kick off Sunday on the 11 p.m. ET SportsCenter. The remaining segments will debut during the 6 p.m. ET SportsCenter, but each will re-air multiple times on other editions the ESPN’s flagship program.
