Saturday Night Live’s first show of 2018 tied its second-best overnight rating of the season.

The 4.6 rating, 10 share equals SNL’s last original episode of 2017, when Kevin Hart hosted on Dec. 16.

It was also the #1 non-sports telecast of the night on the Big 4 networks.

The show’s cold open delivered on the fallout from Michael Wolff‘s best-selling Trump tell-all Fire and Fury, as two SNL alum returned: Fred Armisen playing Wolff, and Bill Murray as Steve Bannon. The two appear on Morning Joe with Kate McKinnon as an exceedingly confounded Mika and Alex Moffat as an overly interruptive Joe.

Weekend Update also lead with all this week’s Trump news. “What a thrill it is to alive at a time when Porn Star Blackmails President is the 4th biggest story of the week,” said Colin Jost.
