Last night The Hollywood Reporter held its “35 Most Powerful” reception (more on that later) and among the attendees was Fox News CEO Roger Ailes.
In a video interview on the red carpet, Ailes was asked about the Gawker “mole” (1:15 into the video):

“What is Gawker? Is that that pornographic website?” Ailes quipped, feigning ignorance. “I don’t care if they have a mole because we aren’t doing anything wrong, so it actually doesn’t matter.”
They hate me because I make money and I do it legitimately and that bothers them and they don’t like my politics, and that’s what’s good about America,” Ailes added.
