Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts will be begin chemotherapy to treat breast cancer, while continuing to anchor the show. “Tomorrow I will come in, and then head off for my chemotherapy,” Roberts said this morning on GMA. She thanked viewers, co-workers and the show’s guests for their incredible outpouring of well-wishes.
Roberts announced July 31 that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent surgery later that week, and was back to work just 10 days later.
