Brian Williams and “NBC Nightly News” will be in the Gulf Coast once again tonight (and tomorrow), broadcasting from Venice, LA this evening. Meanwhile, “CBS Evening News” will also be reporting from Louisiana tonight as a part of the network’s stated commitment to doing regular weekly broadcasts from the region. Harry Smith will anchor for Katie Couric who’s on vacation until after the holiday.
