Nets to Carry Bush Newser

By Chris Ariens

President Bush will hold a news conference in the White House briefing room at 10:20amET. ABC, CBS and NBC will all carry the news conference, as will the cable news networks and, considering much of it will be focused on the economy, expect the business networks to carry some of it as well.

One person not in attendance: the dean of the White House press corps, Helen Thomas. Insiders tell us 87-year-old Thomas, who has covered every president since Kennedy, has not been feeling well the past few weeks. Her seat in the front row will be empty.

> More: In the New York market Fox station WNYW (Fox5) stuck with regular programming (day two of the limited run Wendy Williams show). News Corp. owned WWOR (My9) carried the Bush news conference.
