MSNBC unveiled a new angular graphics package this morning. “There are two different looks for dayside, a blue based color theme for regular news, and a red based theme for breaking news,” a tipster says. The logo, live bug, time stamp, ticker, and market indicator all “fit” coherently. “The new MSNBC graphics look great,” one e-mailer says. “The network seems to use headline graphics less often.” Here’s an example of the new look:
