Despite heavy political programming during the week, MSNBC is about to premeire new documentary programming on the weekends. Starting next weekend and continuing through December, MSNBC will premiere a new documentary on both Saturday and Sunday nights at 10pmET.
Saturday nights will be devoted to an all-new season of “Lockup,”, featuring episodes of “Lockup: Raw” and “Lockup: Extended Stay” that will air as mini-series. Next Saturday’s premiere of “Lockup: RAW,” the first of four parts, will feature new interviews, footage and producer perspectives. MSNBC produces “Lockup: RAW” in partnership with 44 Blue Productions.
