Laura Ingraham Slams Media in RNC Speech: ‘Do Your Job’

By Mark Joyella

Laura Ingraham, the nationally syndicated radio host, website editor and frequent cable news guest, attacked the news media Wednesday night at the Republican National Convention.

“You all may know me from TV and radio,” Ingraham said as she began her speech to delegates. Then, pointing to the network skyboxes, she said “to all my friends, they’re way up there, in the press, I see you…you all know, in your heart, why Donald Trump won the Republican nomination. You know it. Because he dared to call out the phonies, the frauds, and the corruption that has gone unexposed and uncovered for too long. Do your job.”

“Doing your job is a novel concept,” Ingraham said after an extended standing ovation from the crowd.
