Today is NBC “Today” co-anchor Kathie Lee Gifford’s birthday. To celebrate, the bakers at the Boston branch of the Le Cordon Bleu baked an enormous–55lb!–birthday cake for Gifford. The cake has the NBC peacock, art from Gifford’s upcoming Broadway play Scandalous, and sugary replicas of her three dogs.
It was quite the cake.
