Jorge Ramos Still Wants to Interview Donald Trump

Fusion host Jorge Ramos says Fusion wants “to talk to everyone” in the 2016 presidential race–and that includes Donald Trump. Trump recently released Ramos’ personal cell phone number, which was included in a hand-written note from Ramos requesting an interview.

In a video released by Fusion today, Ramos says “I will do whatever it takes to convince the candidates to talk to Fusion so we can ask the candidates the questions that matter to the new America–even sending them a personal hand-written note with my private cell phone.”

Macy’s, meanwhile, has heard enough from Trump. The retailer has announced it will stop selling Trump’s signature clothing line in its stores:

“We are disappointed and distressed by recent remarks about immigrants from Mexico,” the company said in a statement. “We do not believe the disparaging characterizations portray an accurate picture of the many Mexicans, Mexican Americans and Latinos who have made so many valuable contributions to the success of our nation. In light of statements made by Donald Trump, which are inconsistent with Macy’s values, we have decided to discontinue our business relationship with Mr. Trump and will phase-out the Trump menswear collection, which has sold at Macy’s since 2004.”
