Jon Stewart Gives Katie Couric Advice: “News Bingo” and “Win a Date with Katie”

CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric appeared on The Daily Show last night, and the majority of the interview was spent by Jon Stewart dispensing advice to attract viewers to the evening newscast.

There was “News Bingo,” “Call Your Mother,” and “Win a Date with Katie.” That last one: “She’ll do the news at your…assisted living facility.”

Then the suggestions went a different direction. “Every three stories, free prostate exam,” said Stewart.

“I wish I could do a newscast like you do,” joked Couric.
