Jenna Gibson, who has overseen political booking for CBS This Morning, is broadening her role at CBS News and has been named Senior Editorial Producer. She will now oversee political bookings for CBS This Morning, the CBS Evening News, and for Special Events.
Gibson will continue to be based in New York but, as CBS News D.C. VP Chris Isham writes in a note to staff, “we expect to see her frequently here in Washington.”
Gibson joined CBS News in 2012 from Fox News where she spent 6 years in the D.C. booking unit.
