How Did Bill Hemmer Make the Switch from Sports to News?

At 26 years old, Bill Hemmer made a decision to quit his “dream job” as a sportscaster and travel around the world for a year, submitting reports to a local station in Cincinnati along the way. The Fox News Channel anchor tells AOL TV that his understanding of being a journalist “would not be nearly as deep or as whole” without the experience of that trip.
