Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera has politely declined an invitation to be on season 17 of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars.” A bad foot is keeping him on the sidelines. Other TVNewsers have blitzed the ballroom in the past, including HLN’s Nancy Grace in 2011 — where she may or may not have had a wardrobe malfunction — and Tucker Carlson in 2007, at the time with MSNBC.
