Fox Networks Draw Most Viewers for U.S. Brexit Coverage

U.S. TV networks saw big tune-in for the U.K vote. Given that the Brexit was a major business and economic story, as well as a political one, Fox Business Network was the most-watched business news network while CNBC was most-watched in the A25-54 demo among the business networks. This is the first time FBN topped CNBC in total viewers for prime time breaking business news coverage.

The business network performance was still dwarfed by the cable news networks. Fox News took total viewers during the crucial breaking news hours, while CNN won the demo. Here’s the breakdown:
