Exclusives That Aren’t: Ashoka Mukpo Speaks With CNN, After Speaking With NBC

CNN billed its interview with Ebola survivor Ashoka Mukpo today as an exclusive. But it’s not. Mukpo gave his first interview to NBC’s Kate Snow last week just after being released from the hospital. That’s not surprising since Mukpo, a freelance cameraman, was working for NBC in Libera when he was diagnosed with Ebola earlier this month. Don Lemon’s interview with Mukpo airs on “CNN Tonight.”
