Today Fox Business Network’s Eric Bolling launches his new 5 p.m. 8 p.m. show, “Money Rocks.”
To promote the program, Bolling spoke to a number of media outlets to talk about his show and his career.
The Tampa Tribune spends quite a bit of time talking to Bolling about baseball, specifically his time as a minor-league player in the Pittsburgh Pirates farm system:
Assigned to the club’s minor league team in Bradenton, he was living his dream until injury ended his baseball career. A family friend got him a job on Wall Street and he quickly adapted to the high pressure wheeling and dealing.
“It’s a lot like sports in that you’ve always got be on your game,” he said. “It’s the same with being on television; you have to be ready to give it your all when the cameras are on.”
Benzinga.com gets him to open up about what “Money Rocks” will exactly be about:
It’s a look at stories across music, sports, celebrities, politics, and business, basically just any entertaining business walk of life stories. It’s a really different look, stuff you’re not going to see 5 times a day on the various networks. We’re gonna have some big-name guests. The first guest is Sir Richard Branson. Lee Dewyze, who just won American Idol is on Tuesday. Tony Gonzales, the tight end for the Atlanta Falcons. It’s a show with different looks and different kinds of people, all about money.
And Mediaite’s Steve Krakauer has the promo for the new program.
