Stephen Colbert took on the “Today” show this week, mocking Matt Lauer and Al Roker’s on-air prostate exams as a sweeps stunt. Declaring he would not “be out-sweep-swept by the ‘Today’ show,” Colbert brought out John Lithgow, the Black Keys and former “Today” host Katie Couric — who underwent an on-air colonoscopy after her first husband died of colon cancer — to help him with his very own “November Sweeps Prostacular.” Watch:
