CNN’s New Daytime Show Gets a Name: ‘@THISHOUR’

CNN’s new 11amET show officially has a name: “@THISHOUR.” The 11amET show, anchored by John Berman and Michaela Pereira, debuts Monday as part of CNN’s revamped daytime lineup.

“@THISHOUR” replaces “Legal View with Ashleigh Banfield,” which slides to the 12pmET hour. CNN’s 1pmET hour, anchored by Wolf Blitzer, also gets a makeover and a new name as part of the changes — beginning Monday, the show will be called “Wolf” and will no longer be using the “CNN Newsroom” branding.

Ironically enough, the @thishour Twitter handle is taken, so the CNN show will have to find a new social media identity.
