CBS News continues to staff up on the transformational “Early Show.”

TVNewser has learned the network has hired broadcast veteran Sharon Hoffman as a senior producer on the show. Hoffman has had stints at “Good Morning America,” WNET and NPR. The network has also hired John Peck as supervising producer. Peck joins from KIRO-TV, the CBS affiliate in Seattle where he was the morning show executive producer. CBS News programming VP Chris Licht had hired Peck at KNTV in San Jose/San Francisco when he was EP at the NBC O&O in the mid 2000’s. Also, Ryan Kadro has been promoted from supervising producer to senior producer.
