Candy Crowley Ends CNN Tenure with President Obama Interview

CandyCrowleyCandy Crowley ended her tenure as host of CNN’s “State of the Union” with an exclusive interview with President Barack Obama. The two discussed North Korea’s cyber-attack on Sony Pictures, normalizing relations with Cuba, Russia, Iran, race relations in America and Guantanamo Bay.

Obama told Crowley he doesn’t consider North Korea’s hack of Sony Pictures “an act of war” and went on to say “It was an act of cybervandalism.”

Crowley joined CNN in 1987 and has been with the network ever since, logging 27 years. CNN producer Jeff Simon posted the following picture on his Instagram account with the caption, “The last Sunday.”
