Tomorrow Alabama and Mississippi will host GOP primary elections, while Hawaii hosts its GOP caucus. As usual, the cable news channels are presenting special coverage–to varying degrees.
CNN has the most special coverage, with a two-hour “America’s Choice” special from 8-10 PM ET, followed by live editions of “AC360,” “Erin Burnett Outfront” and “Piers Morgan Tonight” (guest-hosted by Wolf Blitzer) at 10PM, 11PM and 12AM respectively.
Oddly, CNN did not mention Hawaii in its coverage plans, though it will likely garner coverage on Wednesday when the results are n.
Fox News will have its typical primetime lineup of “The O’Reilly Factor,” “Hannity” and “On the Record” from 8-10 PM ET, with Bret Baier anchoring regular updates through the evening. from 11PM-12AM, Baier will anchor a one-hour “Special Report” covering the results from Alabama and Mississippi, as well as previewing the results from Hawaii, which will come in in the middle of the night.
MSNBC won’t have any special programming, but will cover the results as part of its normal primetime lineup of “The Ed Show,” “The Rachel Maddow Show” and “The Last Word.”
