“NBC Nightly News” anchor and resident television news funnyman Brian Williams was on “The Late Show with David Letterman” Thursday night. Williams broke out a spot-on impression of Fox Sports 1 host Regis Philbin, who he referred to as “America’s pre-existing condition,” for the occasion.
“If you can find pound-for-pound a better entertainment value than that very compact man — we got a little booster seat for him, and we spent about half of the dinner talking about our mutual love for you,” Williams told Letterman. Watch:
