ABC News talked with Joel and Mary Rich, the parents of murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich, about their lawsuit against Fox News.
“I want the people who started the lies, who are responsible for the lies, held accountable,” said Mary Rich. “This has got to stop in America, and we’re going to try to help stop it.”
The Riches say Fox’s initial online report, which has since been retracted, was salt in the wound of losing their son, which police call a botched robbery attempt. “We lost his body the first time. And the second time we lost his soul. They took more from us with their lie,” said Mary Rich.
