ABC News has announced it will produce a summer series with People magazine, to be called “People’s List.” The limited run show will premiere June 11.
“People takes us inside the most famous and fascinating lives in the world. From mega-stars to real people facing incredible circumstances, People has been a trusted friend for the biggest events in pop culture history,” said Morgan Hertzan, ABC News senior vice president, and exec in charge of ABC’s Lincoln Square Productions.
The series will be hosted by actor Jerry O’Connell and SuChin Pak, a former MTV news correspondent.
“It’s one stop shopping for all things pop culture, celebrity and human interest. It’s what you’ll be talking about with your friends all weekend,” added executive producer Danielle Rossen.
