Social engagement varies greatly not just by program, but by network. Some are good at driving fans to engage with content and some are great. Shareable, a social TV analytics firm, looked at all the major network brands and counted over 530.3 million social actions across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, and YouTube. For November, engagement decreased 2 percent compared to October 2015, mainly because of a decline of action on Facebook.
